The presence of Toni's lineage in the mechanical field has always been considered natural in our area: indeed, for almost two centuries this family has been the principal reference for all the production or industrial activities carried out in the area. Entrepreneurs, technicians and common citizens have always highly valued Toni's family's industriousness and their heritage made up of experience, skills, ideas, bright and innovative solutions, which have always been at the disposal of those who had to repair a machine, make a decision, solve a problem, face an emergency. In order to renew this tradition, and adapt it to the problems of today with updated solutions, having also in mind the developments of tomorrow, in 1988 "Officina Meccanica Toni Aldo" was founded. The site covers a total area of 3000 square meters. The market, the firm aims at, is that of industrial automation. The machine shop's consolidated experience embraces these main sectors: METAL SHEET MACHINING LINES, COMPONENT ASSEMBLY LINES and EQUIPMENT FOR MOVEMENT AND TRANSPORT. The OFFICINA MECCANICA TONI ALDO has an organisational structure which covers the life cycle of the product, from planning to realization, up to testing, delivery and after sale service. In 1999 the firm committed to the objective of obtaining the UNI EN ISO9000 Certification, and started to work following the quality principles until their fulfilment. In 2003 the firm achieved the ISO9001-2000 Quality Certification. This achievement is perfectly in accordance with the strategy which characterises the firm policy: the constant search for a high quality and, above all, reliable product. The whole firm is constantly engaged in the activities which certify the quality of both the machining process and the activity of delivering the product. The choice of collaborators, suppliers, human resources, machines and machining cycles, is continuously updated and entrusted to qualified and specialised personnel. ALL THIS AIMS TO GUARANTEE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS THE CERTAINTY OF A CONTROLLED PROCESS WHICH OFFERS HIM A PRODUCT IN LINE WITH HIS EXPECTATIONS.
